TAKE A MOMENT is a morning seaside retreat devoted to helping you live and parent to the fullest potential. We'll begin with an hour of beach yoga (all levels welcome), followed by several group workshops designed to help you improve your relationships, career, wellness and parenting. After a healthy lunch (provided), we'll dig deep with life coaching on your specific questions. All that, plus special gifts and offers to help you on your path to more-manageable-mommyhood! You'll leave calm, balanced, energized and inspired-- better equipped to face whatever life (or an unruly hamster) throws at you.
