LIFE'S A BEACH: ECO ART BY TINKER

brought to you by Tinker

Make a treasure hunt jar!  This is a great thing to do while at the beach and will keep them entertained all the way home.

Supplies:

  • One clear glass jar for older kids or plastic bottle for little ones.T
  • Treasures
  • A sharpie marker.

Directions:

Take your clear container and a marker with you to the
beach, park, backyard on a hike or even on a scavenger hunt around
the house.

Collect "treasures". The more the better as long as they
are small enough to fit in the jar.

When you think you have enough, put them in your jar. Be
sure to make a list of the treasures.

Add the sand to you jar. Put the lid on and then swish
the jar around to cover all your treasures.

With your permanent marker, write a list of what you have
to find in the jar!  You can also decorate the jar for fun too.

This project also make a fun gift or way to remember a special trip.
