BEING A "DOGGIE MOMMY"

My mornings begin like any other Mother in America. I haul myself out of bed, blindly make my way to my awaiting pot of coffee, and then, I quietly give my three year old Hudson a kiss to wake him up. It's my favorite time of the day; he is still in a dream-like state of sleep, and as he awakes, he stretches his arms and legs, and blinkily gazes up at me through his long blond eyelashes. He yawns lazily and gives me a kiss. This is our daily routine, and each time we wind our way through this familiar routine, I think I could never love this creature more?

THINK ORGANIC FOR MOTHER'S DAY

Being the owner of a flower store and as a mother (and of course having one) makes Mother’s Day a super important day for me – one must always spoil these very special ladies!!! It is scientifically proven that flowers make you feel better – a guaranteed happy recipient – and we know how hard it is to please mom!!!

1. What does "family" mean to you?
The word “family” means many things to me. Security, laughter, guidance, & most of all unconditional love. Family means that no matter what happens, my girls will always KNOW they have jason & myself to count on, to support them & to point them in the right direction of what is morally & ethically right. Its not always easy to “do the right thing” but it is, ultimately, what makes life the best it can be & a true adventure. Most importantly, it means that they know that they will never be abandoned & they will always come first.

1. What does "family" mean to you?
My family is my number one priority. When they are happy I am happy

2. What's your ideal day with your family?
All four of us skiing or playing golf -- all doing something we all love to do at the same time. We find activities like that are the most fun. We also play tennis together every night when we are all together and we have the perfect doubles foursome.
